Qualifications:
- License + CELTA ou autres certificat EFL (requis par le gouvernement Marocain)
- Anglais comme langue maternelle
- Une année d’expérience a l’étranger, surtout dans un pays musulman, est un plus
- Prêt à s’engager pour deux années
De plus, l’ALC Meknès cherche des professeurs qui comprennent qu’une organisation comme la notre dépend essentiellement sur la satisfaction des étudiants. Les professeurs doivent se sentir plus disposés comme facilitateurs mais surtout pas comme orateurs.
L’ALC utilise une approche d’enseignement, centré sur l’apprenti, qui engendre beaucoup de travail de paires et de groupe, jeux, chansons et d’autres activités en plus du manuel.
Responsabilités d’enseignement
- Enseigner un minimum de 18 heures de contact par semaine, surtout les soirs et les weekends.
- Enseigner des personnes d’âges et de niveaux variables
- Compléter toute la paperasse administrative requise
- Participer aux activités internes, aux réunions des profs, et à la conférence annuelle de l’ALC
- Facultatif: mener un club pour étudiants ou autres activités selon intérêts
Salaire et avantages
- 120 – 130 dirhams Marocain par heure avec 50% de plus pour les classes de Dimanches après-midis
- Aide pour équiper un appartement (ou bien 5000 Dirham d’allocation pour aménagement ou bien l’utilisation de meubles et équipement en propriété de l’ALC) et jusqu'à 1200 Dirhams par mois comme allocation de bail. Appartements a coté du center sont loués entre 1800 to 2500 Dirhams par mois. Tous ces appartements ne sont pas meublés.
- Assurance médicale (médical, dents, prescriptions, hospitalisation)
- Retraite (requise par la loi marocaine)
- Un mois de congés payé, jours repos entre sessions, toutes les fêtes nationales marocaines

Qu’est ce que nous offrons?
L’ALC offre tous les niveaux de débutant à avancé, ainsi que la préparation au TOEFL et l’Anglais des Affaires. Nous donnons les cours sept jours sur sept. Du Lundi au Vendredi, les cours sont dispensés les après-midis. Le Samedi et le Dimanche nous offrons des cours les matins aussi.
